EMPHASIS: Sedalia Driver Examination Station Temporarily Relocated During Missouri State Fair

Captain Scott Shipers, commanding officer of Troop A, Lee's Summit, announces the driver examination station located in Sedalia at the Missouri State Fairgrounds will be temporarily relocated during the Missouri State Fair. From July 27 through August 26, driver testing will occur at the United Methodist Church Celebration Center, 1701 W. 32nd Street, Sedalia MO, 65301, every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

CDL and motorcycle skills testing will not be available in Sedalia during the Missouri State Fair. The temporary testing station will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Testing at the fairgrounds will return to normal business hours on August 31.

Approximately 63 percent of Missouri fatal crash victims who are required to be restrained are NOT at the time of the traffic crash. The Patrol urges motorists to protect themselves and their passengers by making sure everyone in the vehicle is properly restrained in a seat belt or child restraint. Join us in supporting the Drive To Zero Highway Deaths. Watercraft operators should ensure that everyone in the vessel is wearing an approved life jacket. Click It 4 Life And Wear It!!
