EMPHASIS: Troop C To Participate In Brake Safety Awareness Week


Captain Ronald S. Johnson, commanding officer of Troop C, would like to inform the public of the upcoming "Brake Safety Awareness Week". “Brake Safety Awareness Week” is an educational outreach program designed to train companies, drivers, and mechanics about proper brake adjustment limits and air brake system inspections. The Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Division of the Missouri State Highway Patrol in conjunction with the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance (CVSA) will conduct this event scheduled for September 21-28, 2008.
The Highway Patrol and the Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance are inviting all trucking companies who would like to participate in the program to contact the commercial vehicle enforcement office at the Troop C Satellite in Park Hills, at 573-431-0176 ext. 2231.
