EMPHASIS: Trooper Involved Shooting

On January 28, 2013, at approximately 8:16 p.m., a trooper stopped a southbound vehicle on Interstate 29, at the 91-mile marker, near Craig, MO. A struggle ensued during the traffic stop and the trooper fatally shot the driver.
The Patrol’s Division of Drug and Crime Control is conducting the investigation.
