EMPHASIS: DWI Sobriety Checkpoint Announcement - - Boone County

Captain Gregory D. Kindle, commanding officer, Missouri State Highway Patrol, Troop F, Jefferson City, MO, announces that sometime during the month of May 2014, a DWI sobriety checkpoint will be conducted in Boone County. The checkpoint is a static operation on a specific highway that is designed to check every driver to ensure they are sober.
In support of "The Drive To ZERO Highway Deaths," the Patrol encourages motorists to protect themselves and their passengers by making sure everyone in the vehicle is properly restrained in a seat belt or child restraint. Watercraft operators should ensure that everyone in the vessel is wearing an approved life jacket. Click It 4 Life And Wear It!!
