EMPHASIS: Missouri State Highway Patrol Seeks Information On Assault With Motor Vehicle In Johnson County

On April 3, 2009, at approximately 7:00 p.m., a member of the Missouri State Highway Patrol was dispatched to the scene of a minor injury crash on County Road 530 east of Missouri Route AA in Johnson County.
Upon the trooper’s arrival, he discovered that a vehicle, which was westbound on County Road 530, intentionally traveled off the north side of the roadway and up into the yard of a private residence. In the yard at the residence was several juveniles riding four wheelers and a go-kart. The vehicle struck an eleven-year old juvenile male, who was on one of the four wheelers. The eleven-year old male suffered minor injuries. He was treated and released at the scene by emergency medical personnel. The vehicle left in an unknown direction on Missouri Route AA.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol is seeking assistance in locating this vehicle. The vehicle is described as an early 2000 model white Jeep Cherokee. The Jeep was occupied by two white males in their late teens or early twenties.
