Captain Isringhausen says, “Missouri’s lakes, rivers and streams provide numerous recreational opportunities for families to spend quality time together. It is the goal of the Missouri State Highway Patrol to do all we can to insure that families can spend time on, and around the water in a safe environment”.

The Patrol encourages motorists and watercraft operators to protect themselves by making sure everyone in the vehicle is properly restrained in a seat belt or child restraint and everyone in the vessel is wearing an approved life jacket. Click It 4 Life and Wear It!!!
