EMPHASIS: Rolla Resident Arrested for Stealing


On July 16, 2007, Missouri State Highway Patrol troopers assigned to the Troop I unit of the Division of Drug and Crime Control, arrested Henry D. Fann, 41, Rolla, who reportedly stole both money and equipment, valued at $120,000.
Fann was arrested for felony stealing after an investigation and the search of his residence. During that search, troopers recovered several items, which they believe were stolen from the Davaron Corporation of Rolla. Following his arrest, Fann was incarcerated in the Phelps County Jail.
The charge for which Fann was arrested is a mere accusation and is not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charge must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction, whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
