EMPHASIS: Multi-Jurisdictional Platte County Warrant Sweep

Captain Eric T. Olson, commanding officer of Troop A, announces that during the month of October, Missouri state troopers assigned to Troop A will be coordinating their efforts with the Platte County Sheriff's Department and Platte City Police Department in attempting to arrest individuals who have active Platte County warrants issued for their arrest and have failed to appear for their mandatory court dates. Individuals who have active Platte County warrants and reside in Jackson County, Clay County, and Platte County that do not desire to be arrested by law enforcement officials at their place of employment or at their residence should turn themselves over to authorities immediately.
In support of "The Drive To ZERO Highway Deaths," the Patrol encourages motorists to protect themselves and their passengers by making sure everyone in the vehicle is properly restrained in a seat belt or child restraint. Watercraft operators should ensure that everyone in the vessel is wearing an approved life jacket. Click It 4 Life And Wear It!!
