EMPHASIS: Troop C To Conduct S.T.E.P. Operation



Captain Ronald S. Johnson, commanding officer of Troop C, St. Louis, announces that Troop C officers will be conducting a Selective Traffic Enforcement Operation on all the major highways in St. Charles County on April 2, 2010. Extra officers will be scheduled to patrol St. Charles with a goal of detecting hazardous moving, alcohol, and speed violations that contribute to traffic crashes.

"Our goal is to positively impact traffic problems in the St. Charles area by reducing traffic crashes through aggressive enforcement,” stated Captain Johnson.
