EMPHASIS: Results Of Sobriety Checkpoint Conducted In Jefferson County



Captain Ronald S. Johnson, commanding officer of Troop C, St. Louis, announces the results of a sobriety checkpoint conducted in Jefferson County by Troop C officers.
On May 3, 2008, members of the Missouri State Highway Patrol conducted a sobriety checkpoint on Route A and Pounds Road in Jefferson County, Missouri. As a result of the checkpoint, a total of 13 arrests were made and 159 warnings were issued. Of those arrests, three individuals were arrested for driving while intoxicated.
