EMPHASIS: Results Of Sobriety Checkpoint/Saturation--Boone County


Captain Dale A. Schmidt, commanding officer, Troop F Headquarters, Jefferson City, announced today the results of a driving while intoxicated saturation that was held in Boone County on March 12, 2010. During the operation a total of 36 vehicles were stopped. The following is a list of enforcement contacts during the operation:

6 DWI
2 minor in possession
7 hazardous moving
4 speed
5 driver license
3 seat belt
6 misdemeanor drugs
1 felony drugs
2 insurance
2 misdemeanor warrants
2 other misdemeanor arrest (criminal)
32 warnings
