EMPHASIS: New Trooper Assigned To Jackson County


Captain Vincent J. Ellis, commanding officer of Troop A, announces the assignment of a new trooper in Jackson County. Trooper Josh D. Owens was assigned to Zone 6, Jackson County, effective July 13, 2007.
Trooper Owens graduated from the Patrol Academy on July 13, 2007. He began his training on January 8, 2007. Academy training covers all facets of law enforcement activities.
Trooper Owens is a graduate of Salem R-80 High School in Salem, Missouri.
