EMPHASIS: Captain Juan Villanueva Announces Promotions In Troop D

Captain Juan Villanueva, commanding officer of Troop D, Springfield, announces the following promotions for Troop D:

Effective December 1, 2014, Corporal Jeffery D. Fugett was promoted to the rank of sergeant and has transferred from Zone 3, Polk County, to Zone 10, serving Webster County, and been designated the zone supervisor of Zone 10. Fugett was born in Shawnee, OK, and graduated in 1990, from Ash Grove High School in Ash Grove, Missouri. He served in the United States Army from 1990 until 1994 and was assigned to the 10th Mountain Division, Fort Drum, NY. At the time of his discharge, he had attained the rank of sergeant. Fugett began his career with the Patrol on February 1, 1998, as a member of the 75th Recruit Class. Upon graduation from the Patrol’s Law Enforcement Academy, he was assigned to Bates County in Troop A. In 2001, he transferred to Troop D and was assigned to Zone 3, serving the citizens of Polk County. He was promoted to the rank of corporal in 2010, and designated assistant zone supervisor in Zone 1, Greene County. Fugett then transferred back to Polk County in 2012, where he remained until his promotion to sergeant. Sergeant Fugett and his wife, Kristeen (Brewbeck), have two daughters, Jordan and Allison.

Effective December 1, 2014, Trooper Seth D. Isringhausen was promoted to the rank of corporal. He will remain in his current assignment in Zone 15, serving Taney and Stone counties, as assistant zone supervisor. Isringhausen was born in Lexington, MO, and graduated from Nixa High School, Nixa, MO, in 1999. He earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Missouri Southern State University, Joplin, in 2003. Isringhausen was appointed to the Patrol on January 18, 2004, as a member of the 82nd Recruit Class. After graduating from the Patrol’s Law Enforcement Academy, he was assigned to Troop A, Zone 10, serving in Clay County. In 2008, he transferred to Troop D and was assigned to Zone 15, Taney and Stone counties. Corporal Isringhausen and his wife, Krystal (Wood), are the parents of three sons: Kyshin, Ryzen, and Zayden.
