EMPHASIS: Church Security

Each week, often on Sunday morning, many Americans choose to attend a church in the domination of their choice. For generations, church services have been considered a safe haven for worship. The Missouri State Highway Patrol has developed a church security program to provide helpful guidelines for churches who may be interested in this topic. The program includes a wide range of possibilities for all types of churches.
To arrange for a program at your church, contact Sergeant Sheldon Lyon at telephone number 816-387-2345 or on-line at Sheldon.Lyon@mshp.dps.mo.gov.
