EMPHASIS: Death Investigation In Schuyler County


At approximately 10:30 a.m., on April 5, 2011, members of the Missouri State Highway Patrol were called to assist the Schuyler County Sheriff's Office at the residence of Shaunna Miller, 31, in rural Schuyler County, with a report of a subject suffering from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. Upon arrival officers located Shaunna Miller deceased inside her residence. The investigation revealed Miller had died as a result of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
Law enforcement agencies involved in the investigation include the Missouri State Highway Patrol's Division of Drug and Crime Control, Schuyler County Sheriff's Department, and the Schuyler County Coroner.
