EMPHASIS: New Troopers Assigned To Troop B


Captain James E. Wilt, commanding officer of Troop B, Macon, is pleased to announce the assignment of three new troopers to Troop B. The new troopers are members of the Missouri State Highway Patrol's 96th Recruit Class that graduated from the Patrol Academy on July 12, 2013. The new troopers will fill existing vacancies within Troop B.
Trooper Adam J. Fish has been assigned to Zone 7, which serves the citizens of Knox and Lewis counties. Tpr. Fish is a native of Palmyra, Missouri, where he graduated from Palmyra High School. He holds a bachelor's degree in sociology from Missouri Valley College in Marshall, Missouri. Tpr. Fish is married to Carla (Hines) Fish, and they have a daughter, Addison.
Trooper Kyle V. McGivney was assigned to Zone 7, which serves the citizens of Knox and Lewis counties. Tpr. McGivney is a native of Apple River, Illinois, and graduated from Warren High School in Warren, Illinois. He holds a bachelor's degree in business management/health from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa.
Trooper James A. Rowe has been assigned to Zone 4, which serves the citizens of Putnam and Sullivan counties. Tpr. Rowe is a native of New Cambria, Missouri, where he graduated from Macon County R-IV High School. He holds a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Central Methodist University in Fayette, Missouri.
