EMPHASIS: DWI Saturation Totals -- Cooper County


Captain Gregory D. Kindle, commanding officer, Troop F Headquarters, Jefferson City, announced today the results of saturations that were held in Cooper County. The saturations were held on July 3, 2013, and July 7, 2013. During the operations, a total of 39 vehicles were stopped. The following is a list of enforcement contacts during the operation:

1 -- DWI
3 -- Speed
5 -- Seat Belt
1 -- Careless And Imprudent
1 -- Other Hazardous Moving
2 -- Non-Moving
1 -- Driver's License (Suspended/Revoked/None)
3 -- Insurance
63 -- Warnings

The Patrol encourages motorists and watercraft operators to protect themselves by making sure everyone in the vehicle is properly restrained in a seat belt or child restraint and everyone in the vessel is wearing an approved life jacket.
