EMPHASIS: Results Of Hazardous Moving Operation On Interstate 29--Troop H

Captain James E. McDonald, commanding officer Troop H, St. Joseph, announces the results of a hazardous moving operation conducted on Interstate 29 in Buchanan and Andrew counties. The operation was conducted from 6:00 p.m. on September 30, 2014, to 2:00 a.m. on October 1, 2014. Two officers patrolled Interstate 29 and as a result of the operation there were a total of 7 arrests and 13 warnings.

Captain McDonald says, “The result of this operation is an example of the Missouri State Highway Patrol’s commitment to keeping our roadways safe through strict enforcement.”

In support of "The Drive To ZERO Highway Deaths," the Patrol encourages motorists to protect themselves and their passengers by making sure everyone in the vehicle is properly restrained in a seat belt or child restraint. Watercraft operators should ensure that everyone in the vessel is wearing an approved life jacket. Click It 4 Life And Wear It!!
