EMPHASIS: Results Of Enforcement Operation In Gasconade County


Captain Dale A. Schmidt, commanding officer, Troop F Headquarters, Jefferson City, announced today the results of an enforcement operation that was held in Gasconade County during the month of October 2007. During the operation a total of 85 vehicles were stopped. A total of 39 tickets were written and 94 warnings were issued. A breakdown of the arrests are as follows:

5 Misdemeanor DWI
1 Felony DWI
3 Hazardous Moving
10 Speed
10 Seat belt
4 Non-Moving
1 Minor In Possession
2 Misdemeanor Arrests
2 Misdemeanor Drug Arrests
1 Commercial Vehicle Arrest
