Captain Juan Villanueva, commanding officer of Troop D, Springfield, announces effective June 1, 2015, Corporal John H. Lueckenhoff will assume duties as a public information and education officer for Troop D. He will be one of two public information officers assigned to the 18-county Troop D region.
Lueckenhoff was born in Jefferson City, Missouri, and in 1988, graduated from Greeley West High School, Greeley, Colorado. In 1989, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and served until 1995. In 1999, he graduated from Mineral Area College, Park Hills, Missouri, with an associate's degree in criminal justice.
