EMPHASIS: New Troopers Assigned To Troop H


Captain James E. McDonald, commanding officer Troop H, is pleased to announce the assignment of two new troopers to Northwest Missouri. The new troopers are members of the Missouri State Highway Patrol’s 101st Recruit Class that graduated from the Patrol Academy on December 18, 2015. The new troopers will report for duty on January 4, 2016.

Trooper Terrell L. Winn, of Carrollton, Missouri, has been assigned to Zone 10, which serves the citizens of Daviess and Dekalb counties. Trooper Winn is a graduate from Carrollton High School, and attended Central Methodist University where he earned a bachelor’s of science degree in criminal justice. Trooper Winn’s training officer will be Corporal Jason Cross.

Trooper Adam D. Martin, of Sweet Springs, Missouri, has been assigned to Zone 10, which serves the citizens of Daviess and Dekalb counties. Trooper Martin is a graduate from Sweet Springs R-7 High School, and attended State Fair Community College where he earned an associate degree in criminal justice. Trooper Martin’s training officer will be Trooper Adam Webb.
