EMPHASIS: Troop G Releases S.T.E.P. Totals



Captain Dwayne F. Isringhausen, commanding officer of Troop G, releases the following information:

A total of 38 arrests and 38 warnings were issued in conjunction with a hazardous moving violations/S.T.E.P. operation conducted in Wright County on April 6. The operation was conducted on U.S. Highway 60 and Missouri Route 95. Totals from this enforcement effort include:

22 -- speed summonses
1 -- careless and imprudent driving summons
1 - failed to yield summons
4 -- non-moving violation summonses
6 -- seat belt summonses
1 -- uninsured motorists summons
1 -- felony drug arrest
2 -- other felony arrests

Captain Isringhausen says, āMotorists traveling on Missouriās roadways can expect that members of the Missouri State Highway Patrol will be striving to do all we can to rid our roads of unsafe drivers. Please help us by being the safest driver you can possibly be. Always pay attention to the task of driving, and please wear your seat belt at all times."
