EMPHASIS: Colonel Replogle Announces August 1, 2014 Promotion

Lieutenant Paul D. Kerperin will be promoted to the rank of captain and designated director of the Patrol Records Division, General Headquarters, Jefferson City. He is a 19-year veteran of the Patrol.

Kerperin was appointed to the Patrol on July 1, 1995, as a member of the 70th Recruit Class. Upon graduating from the Patrol’s Law Enforcement Academy in Jefferson City, Kerperin was assigned to Troop F, Zone 12, Osage and Gasconade counties. On August 1, 2000, he was designated assistant zone supervisor and assigned to Troop F, Zone 2, Cole County. Kerperin was promoted to sergeant and assigned to Troop F Headquarters on June 24, 2007. He was promoted to lieutenant and assigned to the Field Operations Bureau, General Headquarters, Jefferson City, on July 1, 2010.

Capt. Kerperin was born in Jefferson City, MO. He graduated from Blair Oaks High School in Jefferson City, MO. In 1994, he graduated from Lincoln University, in Jefferson City, MO, with a bachelor’s of science degree in criminal justice. In December 2011, he graduated from the Northwestern University School of Police Staff and Command. Capt. Kerperin and his wife, Shauna (Huenink), have three children: Kallie, Kasey, and Brady.
