EMPHASIS: Felony Marijuana Arrest In Camden County

On July 28, 2008, the Missouri State Highway Patrol Troop F Eradication Team, Lake Area Narcotics Enforcement Group, and Camden County Sheriff’s Department arrested Stephen N Petrocelli, 39, of Gravois Mills, MO, for felony cultivation of marijuana and drug trafficking-second degree.
Petrocelli was arrested after a search warrant was served at his residence. During the search 325 cultivated marijuana plants were located inside the residence. Petrocelli is being held in the Camden County Jail until bond is set.
The charges for which Petrocelli was arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction, whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
