Captain Isringhausen says, âDWI saturations, S.T.E.P. projects, and MCSAP operations are tools that the Missouri State Highway Patrol uses in order to make our roadways a safer place for Missouriâs motorists. The Patrol encourages motorists to protect themselves from all types of hazardous drivers by making sure everyone in the vehicle is properly restrained in a seat belt or child restraint.â
