EMPHASIS: Michigan Residents Arrested Following Traffic Stop In Marion County

On Friday, April 10, 2015, at approximately 6:45 p.m., a Missouri State Highway Patrol trooper initiated a traffic stop on an eastbound 2014 Toyota Corolla, on U.S. Highway 36 in Marion County. During the traffic stop, a probable cause search of the vehicle was made and numerous cloned credit cards, gift cards, and false identifications were found. The three occupants of the vehicle, Mark K. Glaster, 27, of Westland, Michigan; Devin E. Hill, 24, of Inkster, Michigan; and Raymond K. Rapley, 33, of Inkster, Michigan, were arrested for felony trafficking of stolen identities and felony money laundering. All three of the individuals were transported to the Marion County Jail and are currently being held on $100,000 bonds.
The Patrol was assisted by the Macon County Sheriff’s Department and the Monroe City Police Department.
The charges for which the above listed individuals were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
