EMPHASIS: Results of St. Patrick's Weekend DWI Enforcement Operations


Captain Duane L. Robinson, commanding officer of Troop H, releases the results of a driving while intoxicated saturation and a DWI checkpoint. The saturation was conducted in Livingston County on March 15, 2013, and the DWI checkpoint was held on March 16, 2013. Troopers assigned to the saturation patrolled the highways of Livingston County, while the DWI checkpoint was held at the intersection of U.S. Highway 69 and U.S. Highway 136 in Harrison County. The following is a list of enforcement contacts from both operations.

Captain Robinson stated, “Intoxicated drivers are a substantial contributor to traffic crashes in our state. Please report impaired drivers by using the Patrol’s emergency telephone numbers: 1-800-525-5555 or *55 for cellular customers.”
The Patrol encourages motorists and watercraft operators to protect themselves by making sure everyone in the vehicle is properly restrained in a seat belt or child restraint and everyone in the vessel is wearing an approved life jacket. Click It 4 Life and Wear It!
