EMPHASIS: Captain Duane L. Robinson Announces Promotions


Captain Duane L. Robinson, commanding officer of Troop H, St. Joseph, is pleased to announce the following promotions.
Corporal Thomas B. Ziegler has been promoted to the rank of sergeant and designated zone supervisor of Zone 2. Zone 2 serves the public in Nodaway and Worth counties. Ziegler is a 15-year veteran of the Patrol with his first assignment in Zone 9, at Chillicothe. He is a native of Drexel, MO, and graduated from high school there. He holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Missouri Southern State University. Sergeant Ziegler is married to Kimberly (Bell) of Drexel. The couple has three children.
Corporal Andrew A. Henry has been promoted to the rank of sergeant and will remain in his current assignment as a commercial vehicle enforcement trooper assigned to Troop H. Henry is a native of Creston, IA. After high school, Henry attended Hannibal LaGrange College, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. He began his career with the Patrol in 1999, at Troop C, St. Louis. He transferred to Troop H in 2002, and was assigned to Zone 7, Cameron, MO, which serves Caldwell and Clinton counties. He was promoted to the rank of corporal in 2008, and designated assistant zone supervisor of Zone 10, which serves Daviess and DeKalb counties. In 2009, Henry transferred into his present assignment. Sergeant Henry is married to Kimberly (Graham) of Florissant, MO. The couple has six children.
Trooper Bradley E. Maudlin has been promoted to the rank of corporal and designated assistant zone supervisor of Zone 2. Zone 2 serves the public in Nodaway and Worth counties. Prior to his promotion, he was assigned to Zone 10, in DeKalb County. Maudlin is a native of Albany, MO. and graduated from Albany R-3 High School. After high school, he attended North Central Missouri College, Missouri Western State University Police Academy, and holds an associate’s degree in criminal justice from Mineral Area College. Corporal Maudlin is married to Emiley (Harding) of Allendale, MO. The couple has one child.
