EMPHASIS: Troop I Announces Promotion


Captain Randy Becker, commanding officer of Troop I, announces that effective July 29, 2007, Sergeant John M. Enderle, who formerly served in Troop C, was transferred to Troop I and promoted to the rank of lieutenant.
Lieutenant Enderle was appointed to the Highway Patrol on January 1, 1990, and upon graduation from the Patrol’s Academy was assigned to Jefferson County, Troop C. On June 1, 1995, he was promoted to the rank of corporal, while still being stationed in Jefferson County. On July 1, 2000, Lt. Enderle was promoted to the rank of sergeant and assigned to Franklin County. On January 7, 2007, he transferred to Troop C Headquarters and was designated the supervisor of motor vehicle inspection, driver examination, and commercial vehicle enforcement personnel. In his new position, he will serve as a staff lieutenant at Troop I Headquarters.
Lieutenant Enderle is a native of Scott City, Missouri. He served as a military police officer in the U.S. Army and as a St. Louis County police officer before his appointment to the Patrol. He is married to Sally Enderle (Felicier) and they have two daughters, Allison and Marissa.
