EMPHASIS: Troop G Releases S.T.E.P. Totals

Captain Dwayne F. Isringhausen, commanding officer of Troop G, releases the following information:

A total of 25 arrests and 28 warnings were issued in conjunction with a hazardous moving violations/S.T.E.P. operation conducted in Texas County on June 29. The operation was conducted on U.S. Highway 60 and U.S. Highway 63. Totals from this enforcement effort include:

18 -- Speed summonses
1 -- Driving while revoked/driving while suspended summons
1 -- No driver’s license summons
1 -- Non-moving violation summons
4 -- Seat belt summonses

Captain Isringhausen says, “Motorists traveling on Missouri’s roadways can expect that members of the Missouri State Highway Patrol will be striving to do all we can to rid our roads of unsafe drivers. Please help us by being the safest driver you can possibly be. Always pay attention to the task of driving, and please wear your seat belt at all times.”
