EMPHASIS: Joint Investigation In Pulaski County

Captain Kyle Marquart, Director of the Division of Drug and Crime Control, announces the results of a joint fraud investigation in Pulaski County.

On Friday, February 25, 2011, Daniel Shelden, 33, of Dixon, Missouri; Eddie Wilson, 56, of Laquey, Missouri; and Jason Baker, 29, of Dixon, Missouri, were arraigned in Pulaski County Court on charges of fraud. The charges resulted from an investigation involving investigators from the Missouri Department of Revenue and members of the Missouri State Highway Patrol's Division of Drug and Crime Control.

The above charges are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of these charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
