EMPHASIS: Troop I Announces March Special Enforcement Operations

Captain Lee Ann H. Kenley, commanding officer of Troop I, announces that during the month of March, Troop I will conduct two special enforcement operations. The first will be a hazardous moving enforcement project conducted in Crawford County and the second a DWI saturation in Pulaski County.
Captain Kenley stated, “I would like to encourage all motorists to continuously evaluate their driving habits. For example, when changing lanes do you always signal, check your mirrors, and then also check for vehicles in possible blind spots? Is your following distance adequate, so that you could safely stop if traffic suddenly came to a halt? These are just two of many other questions we should always be asking ourselves as we travel Missouri’s roads and highways.”
