EMPHASIS: Results Of Sobriety Checkpoint Conducted In Jefferson County



Captain Ronald Johnson, commanding officer of Troop C, St. Louis, announces the results of a sobriety checkpoint conducted in Jefferson County by Troop C officers.
On Saturday, July 26, 2008, members of the Missouri State Highway Patrol along with Jefferson County deputies conducted a sobriety checkpoint located at Highway 21 and Route MM in Jefferson County.
As a result of the checkpoint, a total of 34 arrests were made and 64 warnings were issued. Of those arrests, 13 individuals were arrested for driving while intoxicated.
