EMPHASIS: Troop G To Conduct S.T.E.P. Operation


Captain Billy E. Chadwick, commanding officer of Troop G, Willow Springs, announces that Troop G officers will be conducting Selective Traffic Enforcement Operations on U.S. Highways 60 and 63 in Texas County on February 20, 2010. Extra officers will be scheduled to patrol the affected areas with a goal of detecting hazardous moving and speed violations that contribute to traffic crashes.
"The Missouri State Highway Patrol is committed to reducing traffic-related deaths and injuries as much as possible," stated Captain Chadwick. "We will continue to do all we can toward that end."
