EMPHASIS: Results Of DWI Saturation In Andrew County


Captain Duane L. Robinson, commanding officer of Troop H in St. Joseph, announces the results of a driving while intoxicated saturation held on December 14, 2008, in Andrew County.
Troopers issued 8 summonses and 44 warnings during the eight-hour operation. A total of 26 vehicles were stopped for violations.
Captain Robinson stated, “Troopers are using the saturations as an effective tool to protect the public against impaired drivers.”
Motorists are encouraged to report impaired drivers by using the Patrol’s emergency telephone numbers: 1-800-525-5555 or *55 for cellular customers.
