EMPHASIS: Results Of Commercial Vehicle Operation


Captain Duane L. Robinson, commanding officer of Troop H in St. Joseph, announces the results of an aggressive driving program that is designed to focus on commercial motor vehicles.
The eight-hour operation was conducted in Buchanan County on August 29, 2007. The following is a list of enforcement contacts during the operation:
Commercial Vehicle, Speeding: 2
Non Commercial Vehicle, Speeding: 3
Seat Belt: 7
Commercial Vehicle, Hazardous Moving: 1
Other Hazardous Moving: 2
Non-Moving Violations: 3
Driving While License Suspended: 5
Uninsured Motorist: 3
Misdemeanor Warrants: 3
Felony Warrants: 2
Warnings Issued: 60
Captain Robinson stated, “Aggressive driving and criminal activity continues to be a priority of the Missouri State Highway Patrol. This program is another way the Patrol is safeguarding the motoring public.”
