EMPHASIS: Marijuana Seized In Warren County


On June 29, 2008, an officer of the Missouri State Highway Patrol initiated a traffic stop on Interstate 70 in Warren County. After receiving conflicting information from the driver, the trooper requested permission to search the vehicle. Permission was denied, so a Warren County K-9 responded to the scene. The K-9 alerted on the vehicle and a subsequent search of the vehicle revealed 52 pounds of marijuana.
The driver, Vlado Nedelkoski, 37, of Queen Creek, AZ, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.
The charge for which Nedelkoski has been arrested is mere accusation and is not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charge must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
