EMPHASIS: Results Of DWI Saturation In Buchanan County


Captain Duane L. Robinson, commanding officer of Troop H in St. Joseph, announces the results of a driving while intoxicated saturation held on March 13, 2009, in Buchanan County.
Troopers arrested three intoxicated drivers, issued 17 summonses for traffic violations, made six drug arrests and one felony warrant arrest, and wrote 66 warnings to motorists.
Captain Robinson stated, “The saturation is effective due to its mobility. Impaired motorists kill and injure many innocent people in Missouri each year. Programs like the saturation make the highways in Missouri a safer place to be.”
