EMPHASIS: Results Of Sobriety Checkpoint -- Boone County




Captain Gregory D. Kindle, commanding officer, Troop F Headquarters, Jefferson City, announced today the results of a sobriety checkpoint that was held in Boone County on August 28, 2010. A total of 217 vehicles were stopped. The following is a list of enforcement contacts for the operation:

Misdemeanor DWI - 7
Seat belt - 2
Non-moving - 2
Driver license - 4
Insurance - 2
Minor in possession - 1
Misdemeanor drugs - 2
Misdemeanor warrants - 2
Other criminal misdemeanor - 1
Warnings - 44
