EMPHASIS: Sodomy Arrest In McDonald County



On February 08, 2008, at approximately 4:15 p.m., a trooper with the Missouri State Highway Patrol’s Division of Drug and Crime Control arrested a McDonald County resident for second-degree sodomy. The arrest was the result of an investigation by the Patrol at the request of the Children’s Division of the Missouri Department of Social Services.
Jacob A. Boles, 27, of Powell, Missouri, was arrested for two counts of second-degree sodomy and released to McDonald County authorities.
The charges for which Jacob A. Boles was arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty it is to determine guilt or innocence.
