EMPHASIS: Troop E Promotion of Corporal Timothy Pulley to Sergeant





Captain George Ridens, Commanding Officer of Troop E, is pleased to announce the promotion of Corporal Timothy Pulley to the rank of sergeant, effective January 8, 2006. Sergeant Pulley is a 10-year veteran of the Missouri State Highway Patrol.



A native of Bloomfield, Missouri, Sergeant Pulley graduated high school in that community and later attended Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau where he attained a bachelor’s degree in 1990. Pulley was appointed to the Patrol on January 1, 1996, and was originally assigned to Washington and St. Francis counties in Troop C before transferring to the Major Crash Investigation Unit in 1999. In 2001, Pulley was promoted to the rank of corporal in the MCIU and will continue to serve that capacity as a sergeant.



Sergeant Pulley is married to Lisa Pulley (Wethington), and the couple have four children; Matthew, 17, Megan, 13, Michael, 7, and Mason, 6.
