EMPHASIS: New Trooper graduates from the Patrol Academy-assigned to Troop E.



Captain G. E. Ridens, Commanding Officer, Troop E, announces the assignment of a new trooper in Troop E.

Troop E personnel welcome Terry M. James, a recent graduate from the Patrol Academy in Jefferson City, who will be assigned to Zone 11, Stoddard County.

Terry was born in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, and graduated from Jackson High School. He attended Southeast Missouri State University at Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Prior to his appointment to the Patrol, Terry worked as a judicial officer at Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
