EMPHASIS: Drug Arrests made in Cole County
Captain Ron Replogle, Director of the Division of Drug and Crime Control announces, as a result of a joint undercover narcotics investigation with the Mustang Drug Task Force, 10 individuals were arrested for Distribution, Delivery, Manufacture, Production, or Possession with Intent to Distribute, Deliver, Manufacture, or Produce a Controlled Substance. On June 28, 2006 at approximately 0500 hours, the Jefferson City Police Department, Cole County Sheriff’s Office, Missouri State Highway Patrol and the Mustang Drug Task Force conducted an arrest round up titled, “Summer Sweep 2006”. The arrests are the result of a yearlong investigation throughout the Jefferson City and Cole County area. The significant portion of the subjects listed below are alleged to have sold “crack” cocaine, but included other controlled substances, such as marijuana, ecstasy and heroin.
The names of the individuals arrested are listed below:
Darryl L. Johnson, age 37, of Cole County
Yoshi Rucker, age 24, of Jefferson City
Fran N. Davis, age 46, of Jefferson City
Sonya T. Spinks, age 36, of Jefferson City
Mary M. Mayes, age 46, of Jefferson City
Rachel D. Davis, age 32, of Jefferson City
Joseph M. Garcia, age 24, of Jefferson City
Tabitha R. Williams, age 32, of Jefferson City
Cora D. Hampton, age 46, of Jefferson City
Ashanti T. Roberson, age 27, of Jefferson City
Additional arrests are anticipated in this operation, as some suspects named in the arrest warrants were unable to be located.
The above charges are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence of guilt in support of these charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
