EMPHASIS: Large Clandestine Meth Lab seized in Centralia





Captain Ronald K. Replogle, Director of the Division of Drug and Crime Control (DDCC), announces as a result of a joint investigation, the East Central Drug Task Force, Centralia Police Department and Narcotics Investigators of the Division of Drug and Crime Control, seized a large clandestine methamphetamine drug lab on March 15, 2005, while executing a search warrant at 407 Simms Street, in Centralia, Missouri.



Several items were seized during the search to include, Methamphetamine, Methamphetamine based oil, Marijuana, Pseudoephedrine, firearms, drug paraphernalia and many items used to manufacture Methamphetamine. During the search, two subjects were arrested as a result of the investigation. Tracy L. McIntyre, age 34, and Andrew D. Wayne Voyles, age 29, both of Centralia. These subjects are currently being held in the Boone County Jail, and were arrested on the following charges:



1. Manufacture/Produce Methamphetamine within 2000 feet of a School

2. Possession of 35 Grams or less Marijuana

3. Possession of Any Methamphetamine Precursor Drug with the intent to Manufacture

4. Unlawful use of Drug Paraphernalia

5. Possession of Methamphetamine with the Intent to Distribute

6. Endangering the Welfare of a Child First Degree



The above arrests are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the arrests must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
