EMPHASIS: Forgery charges filed on Savannah resident





Captain Ron Replogle, Director of the Division of Drug and Crime Control (DDCC), announces as a result of a criminal investigation conducted by the Troop-H Criminal Investigations Unit, Jennifer M. Brady, age 30, of Savannah, Missouri, has been charged with 6 counts of Forgery by the Andrew County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. These charges were filed on May 11, 2005, in the Circuit Court of Andrew County and are Class C Felonies.



The charges stem from several incidents that occurred while Brady was the Secretary/Treasurer of the Northwest District Softball Association during the 2003 and 2004 seasons. These incidents are alleged to have occurred from March of 2003 thru September 1, 2004. The investigation is continuing.



The above charges are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
