EMPHASIS: Drug Arrests Made In Callaway County





Captain Ron Replogle, Director of the Division of Drug and Crime Control announces, as a result of a joint undercover narcotics investigation with the Mustang Drug Task Force, Fulton Police Department, Callaway County Sheriff’s Office, and the Missouri State Highway Patrol, 22 individuals were arrested for Distribution, Delivery, Manufacture, Production, or Possession with Intent to Distribute, Deliver, Manufacture, or Produce a Controlled Substance.



The names of the individuals arrested are listed below:



Patricia Newland, age 43 Sean Reno, age 32

Charles E. Braxton, age 29 Cody W. Byers, age 22

Amanda L. Clark, age 37 Cordale C. Clark, age 18

Stacey M. Findley, age 35 Zachery T. Galbreath, age 21

Karma R. Lee, age 39 Ronnie J. Lee Sr., age 40

Terrence E. Toston, age 23 Walter L. Vaughn, age 45

Cortez Cave, age 21 Garnikka Glover, age 22

Patrick Murdock, age 42 Neal Morris, age 42

John Overstreet, age 27 Dana Pepper, age 44

Robert Pittman Jr., age 20 Robert Vaughn, age 41

Damon Warfield, age 37 Garland Wisely, age 47



This investigation was conducted over two years, in which those arrested were alleged to have sold Crack Cocaine to an undercover law enforcement officer. These cases were all generated in the Fulton, Missouri, area where all of the accused reside. Investigators are currently seeking 7 other individuals who have not been located, in connection with this investigation.



The above charges are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence of guilt in support of these charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
