During the operation a total of 36 vehicles were stopped. As a result of the enforcement program, a total of 24 arrests were made and 36 warnings were issued. The impaired driver continues to be a major contributor to serious traffic crashes in Southeast Missouri. The DWI saturations are a part of the Patrol's effort to remove intoxicated drivers from Missouri roadways. The troopers in the Troop E area will continue to pursue this goal."
