EMPHASIS: Arrests for Sale of Controlled Substance in Shelby County





Captain Ronald K. Replogle, Director of the Patrol’s Division of Drug and Crime Control, (D/DCC), announces the results of an 18-month joint undercover narcotics investigation. The Shelby County Sheriff’s Department, North Missouri Drug Task Force and the Missouri State Highway Patrol have arrested six individuals for the Sale of Controlled Substances, (Methamphetamine and Marijuana). The arrests were made over a two-week period.



The individuals arrested are Kevin Brown age 44, of Clarence, Missouri. Lisa Westbrook age 39, Derek Garrett age 17, Kevin Sickle age 41, Sarah Hercules age 41, alias (Cathleen Biegel) all of Shelbina, and Mark Harvey age 38, of Shelbyville.



The above charges are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
