EMPHASIS: Troop E Changes Driver Examination Stations Hours of Operation

Captain George Ridens, Commanding Officer of Troop E, announced today that Driver Examination Stations in Caruthersville, Doniphan, Charleston, Kennett, Ironton, Fredericktown, Piedmont, Cape Girardeau, Portageville, and Marble Hill will change hours of operation effective July 1, 2005.

The hours of operation will be as follows: Caruthersville each Tuesday from 9:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m., Doniphan each 2nd and 4th Wednesday from 9:15 a.m. to 4:45 p.m., Charleston each Wednesday from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m., Kennett each Wednesday from 9 a.m. until 4:45 p.m., Ironton each 2nd and 4th Thursday from 10am until 4pm, Fredericktown each Friday from 9:30 a.m. until 4:15 p.m., Piedmont each 2nd and 4th Monday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m., Cape Girardeau each Monday, Thursday and Friday from 9:15 a.m. until 4:45 p.m., Portageville each Monday from 9:15 a.m. until 4:45 p.m., and Marble Hill each 2nd and 4th Tuesday from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.

The public should be reminded that arrival at a test location before the scheduled closing time does not guarantee a test will be administered, due to the availability of examiners and the fluctuating volume of requests. For further information concerning driver examination sites, please refer to the Missouri State Highway Patrol’s website at www.msph.dps.missouri.gov or call Troop E’s Driver Examination Clerk at 573-840-9503.
