EMPHASIS: Patrol Offering New Safe Driving Program

The Missouri State Highway Patrol is pleased to announce a new traffic safety program entitled, “How To Save a Life”. This new program is for teenagers and adults, and replaces the current program, “It’s My Life”. This new generation 16-minute video highlights the four risky behaviors of drivers through photographs, music, and testimonials from victims and family members. Those risky behaviors consist of drinking and driving, failure to use occupant restraints, inattentive driving, and speeding.
Anyone in the Troop E area interested in scheduling this program for his or her group, club, or school should contact Sergeant Dale H. Moreland at 573-840-9500. There is no charge for the program.
